Job Role:

We would like to fill multiple remote vacancies for CAM operators, to work in conjunction with our manufacturing team. We are experiencing a fast-paced growth cycle and require additional support to function as the liaison between our manufacturing facility and our clients. Responsible for reviewing all electronic data files, answer applicable engineering questions, finalize manufacturing data files specifications/designs, and release product to manufacture.

Job Duties:

• Interfacing with customers and the Ideal Sales team

• Confirm PCB Specifications and Design review

• Technical support and effective communication with customer to reconcile discrepancies per IPC, UL, and J-STD. Answer technical questions and review part validation to first article inspection and PPAP reports

• Finalizing the working data used in manufacturing and part approval process

Candidate Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree or industry experience equivalent

• Self-starter, motivated to work alone, and a team player

• PCB manufacturing experience and technical understanding

• CAD/CAM Experience

Other skills:

• Working knowledge of Gerber viewer, printed circuit board CAM proficiency, and panel editing programs

Network Marketing Position:

We are looking to add outside sales representatives to increase revenue and grow account base footprint in Eastern States territory. Main responsibilities will include establishing relationships with new and existing clients to promote PCB design/layout services, PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, Wire Harness & Cable Assembly, and Electro-mechanical Assembly. New lead generation for Commercial and Defense customers. Email marketing campaigns, cold calls, creating and maintaining updated prospects database. Execute sales plans for monthly and annual sales revenue targets.  

Outside sales representatives will receive training on company sales procedures. May require participation in industry trade show events, round-table meetings, sales conferences, as needed.

Additional duties may include sales meetings to provide capabilities line-card requests, product samples and detailed explanations of manufacturing services and capabilities, account status, parts delivery.
